XL-gruppen collects and uses personal information for various purposes, depending on who you are and how we are contacted. We collect the following personal information for these purposes:

We still take care of your privacy by only using the information for statistics. It is not possible to identify you as an individual in these statistics. We will not process personal information beyond this without obtaining your consent first.

Storage time
We store your personal information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which the personal information was collected. This means, for example, that personal information that we process with your consent will be deleted if you withdraw your consent. To exercise your rights, you must send an email to kontor@xlgruppen.no. We will respond to the email as quickly as possible and within 30 days at the latest.

Complaints
If you believe that the way we process personal information does not match what we have informed you about here, or that we are otherwise in breach of privacy legislation, you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Amendments

If we make amendments in our services or changes are made to the regulations on the processing of personal information, we may have to change the information you have received here. If we have stored your contact information, we will make you aware of these changes. Updated information will otherwise always be readily available on our website.
