This summer’s pop-up restaurant in the pedestrian street in Ålesund has been a great success. We are happy and grateful for all the nice feedback we have received from satisfied guests – this has been great fun! We are now closing the doors and starting preparations for the opening of FUMO Fusion & Bar on the 15th of September. Here, you will have the opportunity to experience something brand new when it comes to food and drink in Ålesund:
- Fantastic drinks that have not previously been on the menu before, a sharing concept with carefully selected dishes where you choose one or more, depending on how hungry you are and how many you are
- Exclusive ingredients that you from time to time may also purchase to take home
- Menus changing regularly, with fusion-inspired food and exciting flavours from Asia, Europe, and South America
FUMO also has its own dry age cabinet and aims to use local ingredients, to serve you the best dishes of first-class quality. How about a fantastic steak that has been dry-aged for a long time? Here you will be able to get it!

With Ålesund’s most extensive gin collection, we make creative fusion cocktails with surprising elements and flavours – almost like a dessert in a glass! Some of the staff at FUMO Fusion & Bar are handpicked from renowned international restaurants. Together with dedicated chefs, waiters and bartenders, they will do their best to make you relax and feel comfortable, be served the best possible way and have a good time when you visit us.
